Welcome to Mobile Recharge AE. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

2. Service Description

Mobile Recharge AE provides an online platform that allows users to recharge mobile phone accounts, purchase data packages, and access other mobile-related services for UAE-based telecom operators. We act as a facilitator between you and the telecom operators, and are not responsible for the services provided by these operators.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party

4. Payment and Refunds

When you make a payment through our Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the amount of your transaction.

Due to the instant nature of mobile recharges and digital services, most transactions are final and non-refundable once processed. However, in cases where the recharge was not successful or there was a technical error, we will investigate and may provide a refund at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.

5. User Conduct

While using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, or other harmful material
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Engage in any fraudulent activity

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mobile Recharge AE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without prior written consent.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mobile Recharge AE. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. In no event shall Mobile Recharge AE, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
